Raya Mosque

 Masjid Raya Klaten is a place of worship for Muslims with shades of green. located in the center of the city of Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia.

    
Klaten Great Mosque uconsists of two floors. The lower floor is used for male or female Muslim worship, while the lower floor is used for social activities such as zakat distribution for sacrificial events and others. Inside the mosque there are amazing Arabic ornaments with pretty good facilities. The parking area is large enough for motorbikes and cars or buses. next to the mosque there is the Klaten square which is the icon of the city of Klaten it self. The location of the Klaten Grand Mosque is very strategic along distanceJogja Solo. When you are on vacation from Solo to Jogja or vice versa, you will definitely pass the mosque.

Around the mosque there are many restaurants and small traders selling various kinds of culinary delights that arouse the appetite of culinary lovers


Every month the mosque conducts Islamic studies to add useful knowledge and insights to strengthen the relationship between Muslims and build intimacy among people, both children, young and old.
